No. Unless you plan on being a street bum, you won't be able to find a place to live. Until you are 18, you can't enter into contracts for rent, utilities, etc. you can't legally work and you will be picked up by the authorities and either sent home or to a youth facility.

If you are asking because your home situation is too bad to live with, seek help. Ask teachers, clergy, friend's parents, social service agencies, anyone you can trust for help.

U should not live on your own at the age of 14. Why? Because at that age u should be enjoying life without major responsibilities like having money for a place to live, food, lights on, access to a phone (in case of emergency). I do not know where u r living if its with parents or a guardian but trust from an adult, sometimes i wish to be a kid. I would not have to worry about always working and paying bills. Enjoy yourself because u r only young once to be with friends. The most thing on your mind is getting good grades and staying out of trouble ( u know the kind that breaks the law). Everything else is up for grabs. If u r having a problem at home discuss it with an adult that u trust. Good luck.

I moved out to live on my own when I was 18, you think it sounds good at the time, but it is very hard. You are young so enjoy it. Do you really want to worry all the time about if the light bill got pay. Plus it really sucks when someone comes to the door and ask if they can talk to the adult, most of the time they want believe that somebody so young is living on their own.

No, I don't think you should. I am not saying that you are not mature enough, but you would have so many obstacles to overcome with being only 14. School, finding a job, you can't drive. No one would give you a chance, people would take advantage of you.
Stay home, get a license and finish school. Then you can be on your own/

I think that is a bit young, why do you ask?
Do you have means of support to live alone?
You are not of legal age to make legal decisions nor to work, so what would you do?
I hope you do not plan on hitting the streets, it is not an easy life nor a glamourous one.
I hope you have someone you can talk to about this, other than Yahoo. Please do talk to someone.

Prisons and methadone clinics are full of men and women who did the same thing. If you think life is tough with your parents, its 5X worse on the streets.

No. No I don't. You should be in school enjoying your childhood. Besides that, you aren't even old enough (in Ohio) to get a full time job to support yourself. Besides that WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO?
