It seems like every once in awhile -- and it just happened -- I see a girl wearing a cute skirt on the street, and I just get the urge to put my hand up it. I've seen some other drunk dude on "COPS" do the same thing at Mardi Gras at least, and get into fistfight with her boyfriend and subsequently arrested. I never give in to the temptation however. Is this normal?

Yeah I get the same thing with cute boys wearing baggy jeans. It's like they are INVITING me to put my hand down there!!
I've never given into temptation either, and I guess we'd better keep it that way. That way neither of us will get arrested ....

It's quite common to have an urge to touch a hot girl, but you seem confused, and it seems like your hormones might be causing your logic to short circuit a little bit. People have all kinds of urges that would be very unwise to act on, but that's part of being a well-adapted human being. It's knowing the boundaries of appropriate behavior, and the proper time and place for things. Don't worry about your urges, those are perfectly normal.

If you don't know the person personally male or female,you should look but not touch. I think we are living in a very civilized society where people respect each others space. I personally think you need a psychiatrist. You are probably mentally ill or insane. How will you feel if somebody grope your mother pervert.

yep..the urge is very normal. It means your male. Resisting the urge means your a gentleman. Girls like guys that respect them. After that they let them put their hands up their skirts. ;+)
