Guardian, I am not offended, except for the fact that you have an opinion without knowing what the hell suffrage is! You are cute and funny though, and a shining example of why women are underrepresented.

I'm reminded of an episode of "The Man Show" when the hosts set up a petition table to "Stop Women's Suffrage! There's been enough suffrage and it's not fair!"

Remarkably, they got a hell of a lot of signatures, even from women.

I am a woman and Im sick to death of hearing feminist crap. Half the time women are big fat hypocrites. They want to be paid equally, but damned if they want to get out in the field doing construction. They hit their husbands, but freak if the husband hits back. I dont think women (deep down) really want equal rights, because with those rights come responsibility. Im not saying we should all go back to the kitchen and obey, i wont...but until ALL women learn to change their own damn flat tire and men learn how to fold a flippin shirt and put it in the correct drawer, equality is just a word.
I work full time, fix my own car, cook homemade meals, look like a supermodel (and actually AM a model), amatuer boxer, do all the household chores including bagging my hubbys lunch everyday, soccer-mom, carpool, build furniture for my house, change all the dirty diapers and get paid half what my husband does, and I always manage to make him feel like the "man of the house", I dont bust his balls or nag. Do I think its fair? NO! But even as my husband turns up the volume of the TV while I vaccum the house instead of helping, even when he is sick and I take absolute mommy-like care of him and he cant be bothered to make me a CAN of soup when I am...It just makes me realize that I don't need my rights to be equal, 'cuz I'm stronger than him and most other men. The majority of women are smarter and more capable of learning than men. Don't complain, in reality, we have the advantage.

The women have suffered through out the history.Look at India the Hindus claim to believe in non violence but they have been burning widows alive during the cremation of their dead husbands this practice was called SATEE.look at Islam they remain covered from head to toe in 120 f heat.the husband can divorce them by saying divorce 3 times. In the west they were openly forced to become hookers because of their lack of income.I think a lot of work has to be done on the international scale,I think there salvation lies in Higher education.and respect at home.

When we have too much of a double standard going the other way--so much that the men and children start to suffer. Frankly, feminism was just a bunch of old hags who couldn't find anything to satisfy their boring lives besides wreaking havoc on others by their screaming.
My dear, you asking for my opinion. Don't get mad if you are offended.
