I'm interested in having an exhibit setup, for about 4-5 hours...at a name brand hotel like Marriott or Hilton....Anyone have any experience with this?? Thanks sooooo much!!

Depends on where, the cost varies greatly from city to city and state to state. You could be talking anywhere from $500 to a few thousand. I would call many hotels in the area where you want to do this and ask for the events coordinator, tell them what you want to do and they will give you cost. There are other factors to, tables, chairs, food/ no food, audio visual equipment, servers /no servers, simply coffee and water....???

Varies by location and possibly by season. The range is from several hundred to several thousand dollars. Also, you may get a packaged deal, if you order food from the hotel.

Call the hotels you are interested in, tell them you are considering holding an event at their hotel, and ask to speak to someone who is in charge of event planning. They will gladly put you through.
