They are catering to western countries (France, UK, USA) where most of the sales go to.
-You can sometimes find medium sizes on EBay, but it's difficult.
I bought a Large AC Milan jersey and it fit like an Extra Large from a buyer in Thailand.

Oh, that's dead easy!
Sellers assume that potential market consists of blokes who sit in front of their computer screens all day and have become so rotund through immobility, (as opposed to - oh, I don't know - playing football or taking a bit of a saunter down the shops,) that they are going to need a bit more room in their sportswear!

Guessing cos they're the ones that don't get sold by the manufacturers as much, so they get sold cheaper and ebayers buy em up and sell em on ebay.
Or extra large people are skint?!

Have you seen how many beers those guys drink? It's also a great way for them to smuggle a few more six packs!

because if they were small no one fit into them. so by selling extra large ones more people will bid for them. its better to have one too big than too small so you cant wear it
