Some people would say you need to see a psychiatrist, the religious ones would say that God is trying to speak to you, if you would only listen. Have you heard of the still small voice within? It is you conscience talking to you.

well, usually hearing voices is not a good thing. It could mean that you are have a schizophrenic episode. I would call a doctor.

It means you are completely normal. Now when you hear voices that tell you to do something (hurt someone, hurt yourself, etc), that is not normal.

You should pay attention to what is being said. It could be anything from voices of your own to spirits trying to communicate. If it is negative(hurting someone or yourself) seek help.
