Democratics have their problems such as any group of people in the world. However; what makes most people upset are Republicans who illustrate blind loyalties at the expense of innocent people around the world. How many people in 9/11; Post 9/11 (Iraq War-Afghanistan); Katrina; and now the Foley Pedophile issue, have suffered for a Machiavellian cause. America has never been as weak economically, security wise or venerable as its current state. Many people who voted Republican, feel very disenfranchised and betrayed. At this juncture, no one believes in the accountability or integrity of the Republican or Democrat Parties. We are terrified at the scenario both parties have place this country in regarding domestic and foreign affairs.

Thanks for making me smile. I find it hilarious that in the face of the Republican "moral values" Party imploding, and not just with the case of Mark Foley, neo-cons are still whining about liberals. I'm not either one, but this continued liberal bashing is just making you neo-cons look simple-minded. If you're such a stalwart Repub why aren't you working to improve your Party's image instead of the ad nauseum continuation of liberal bashing? That isn't going to solve your problems in November or in two years from now.
Also Flash, Leiberman only turned Independent when he couldn't garner the Democratic nomination in his state. He's being highly criticized for his selfishness since he well knows he's only succeeding in splitting the party line. He can now call himself an Independent all he wishes, but it's nothing more than stamping his foot like a 3 year old. He was a disgrace to the Democratic Party anyway, good riddence to bad rubbish.

Hey stephaniemariewalksonwater's you won't think Lieberman is pathetic when he wins in November, and you and your fellow Democrats have successfully alienated one the few remaining respectable and fiscally responsible Democrats.
Congratulations are in order!!
I think your Christ like days of walking on water are over!!
And buffman316 is right, Lieberman is no longer a part of the Democratic Party. He is the sole member of the Lieberman Party.
