Well first it has to be diagnosed to find why it is misfiring.
You can guess and throw parts at it all day but $1000.00
later you may still have the same problem. It could be ignition problems, fuel problems, computer or wiring problems, mechanical problems, etc.etc. etc Have it professionally diagnosed and save a lot of money.

Do you realize your question that you are asking is why is my car missing the electronic fuel injection system??? I assume you do not mean that someone stole your fuel injection system.

Why do you keep posting the letters for electronic fuel injection.

If it's missing the EFI, then replace it all.

usually it is a faulty spark plug. check them and make sure theyre all firing.
