I feel like I am having a girl. But it may be because my sister-in-law had a girl. She is 3 months old. I may just be picturing a baby girl because of her. We really want a boy. But everytime I talk about "it" I end up saying "her." We find out next Friday! Not a moment too soon.

When i was pregnant i believed i was having a boy, at 36 weeks i had a scan and although i couldn't see the sex of the baby, looking at its face i said that's a girl. well two weeks later i had a girl. Friends said i convinced my self it was a boy because i really did want a girl although i said i didn't mind what it was. So maybe you are doing the same, thinking its a girl because you really do want a boy. Good luck with what ever you have. it will either be one or the other :)

It's hard not to do that. I was sure my first was a boy, and she's 2 now. This baby I thought was a boy because my pregnancy has been so different from the first one, but it's a girl. Don't feel bad about using the wrong word, it's human nature to make mistakes. After next Friday you'll be able to say he or she or even the baby's name without feeling bad.

I've had 3 babies and I knew what each one was going to be. When my first two was born in 82 & 84 they didn't do ultra sounds to let you know what their sex was. I knew my first one was a girl & she was. I knew my 2nd one was a boy & he was. This older lady had been predicting the sex of babies for 50 yrs & swore up & down my baby was going to be a girl. When he came out she was so upset cause she had never gotten it wrong before that she quite predicting the sex of babies. My 3rd was a girl just like I told my husband from the beginning. I think alot of mothers just know what there having. But as long as it is healthy thats what really matters the most. Good Luck & God Bless your family.

With my first pregnancy, I didn't really have any idea what I was having until the day before I delivered. We had decided not to find out the sex at the ultrasound, and so were totally blind going in. I ended up being correct! But, heck, I had a 50% chance of being right!

My first I thought I was having a girl and everyone told me I was because I was craving sweets the whole time. Yep, I had a girl! (We couldn't find out either, she had her back to us at the ultrasound) and this time I think I am having a boy. I am only eight weeks, but the pregnancy is completely different and I keep wanting beef sticks and spaghetti lol. My family and friends say a mother's first thought is usually right. Good Luck!

Wanna bet it's a girl! I had a dream myself about my daughter before she was born, Three times! She told me in my dreams that she was coming and that I had to prepare for it mentally. As a young dad having his first child, I knew from that moment that I was having a girl. I told everybody until the echo. I didn't need to hear the results because I knew already.

Why most mothers know so often the sex of their child, is because the children before being born are already attached to the mother. It is a spiritual thing. Mothers expecting feel the child before it is born and sense the gender already before it is officially declared by the doctor.

I was right both times. The first time, I wanted a girl, picked out all girl names, and wound up with a boy. This time I wanted a girl, felt like I was having a girl, and picked boy names just to be safe.. hehe.. She's got a susie and she'll be here at X-mas! You're feeling is probably right.

I had the feeling i was having boys with both of my pregnancies and i was right. Both Boys.. but in a way i figured it would be a boy because my husband has 2 other sons too. Boys seem to run in his family. Good luck and congratulations!

Yes, we wanted a girl, and we knew it was a girl before the ultrasound. we were totally happy that we were right. We also followed the old wives tale that you conceive girls on even days of the month, so we only had sex on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc. and that worked! Woo hoo!!

I think you should trust your body. if you feel boy, you're probably right.
