Not a lot. Start with what is in the cupboards. Hopefully you have oatmeal and rice, cans of tomatoes stuffs, any soups, tuna,
and tinned things you can find and get creative. With the ten bucks you'll need to buy milk and bread. Buy day old bread Make french toast using not a lot of eggs, just a couple. If you have flour make pancakes too. If you have beans buy hot-dogs.
Plan better in the future...live like the Mormons and be ready for such emergencies.
I am not Mormon but could live a year on stuff I've picked up on sale during the last 52 weeks. I've got cases of Bush beans cuz I love them. Cases of fruit and canned tomatoes and what not to make my own spaghetti sauce, pasta and a freezer full of strawberries and blueberries I bought in season, washed and stored in plastic jugs, soups I've made with veggies in season and cheap at that time, frozen peppers, onions, mushrooms for flavorings. I have one cabinet full of baking stuffs stored in Mason jars so that I can whip up cookies, etc., whenever. I think I was an Amish farm wife in my past life. I certainly live like one. I guess I learned it in Girl Scouts..."be prepared."

Ramen Noodle blocks
Half-priced bread from the day-old bin - go to poorer neighborhoods if you need to.
Peanut butter
Go to a large dollar store - they've got some amazing stuff - but it's sometimes OVER-priced, so watch it.
Pasta & sauce
Go hang out at a friend's house about an hour before dinner, and wait for them to offer.

Get a credit card and buy food.

I'd buy a big dollar store one liter of grape pop, then some juice boxes then I'd buy a bunch of ramen noodles all different flavors and 25 cent bags of chips along with 35 cent honey buns and cookies
On Sunday I'd go to moms or grandmas house for dinner
Then I'd remember never to do that again because noodles can only go so far

Buy those Ramen noodles, they are real cheap. Maybe rice. Go to Walmart or Costco if you belong for the real cheap prices. You can go to a bakery and get good deals on day old bread for real cheap. Have some peanut butter with it. Forget about bottled water, too expensive. Use the tap. Boil it if you have to, to get out the taste. Flavor it with lemon and sugar, or sugar substitutes.

Generic Raman noodes, 10 for a buck, a small can of generic coffee (appetite suppresant) for $3.50, a loaf of bread for $2.00 and some sliced ham for $3.00. That'll be $9.50 plus tax brings the total to $9.91.

Paper or plastic?
