Yep he and his followers are a bunch of NUTS.. But (we) are kinda the creator of our own monster. We educated him we trained him we armed him. Then we ticked him off, and let him build power and followers. There were numerous chance to eliminate the problem prior to what it has become. But our governments refused to act. And as sad as it is now we all have to pay the price both the innocent and the guilty. Hopefully somebody will crush that little cockroach soon. And the world will learn from its mistakes and see that others don’t follow in his steps.

It's not so much his actions, but the motivation behind his actions that get the support.
If you lived in a country that was constantly attacked by richer, more powerful nations. If your land was stolen and your family kicked out of their home and you watched this other nation bulldoze your house to build appartments and businesses for their people. If your countries resources were being mercilessly plundered by this other nation to the extent that your people made homeless or even killed. If your country was invaded by enemy forces under the false banner of "liberation" when instead they mean to destablise the country by installing a puppet government. If your people become victim of mass genocide and the whole thing gets covered up so that the aggressors citizens think they are actually saving you. Then it wouldn't be beyond the realm of possibility that you cheer when someone attacks back, because in your mind you believe that these people support the atrosities that have been happening in your country, when in reality they don't even know it's happening.
Think of it like this. Imagine you were living during darkest days of WW2, when Nazi invasion of Britain looked very likely. If someone managed to sneak into Germany with a bomb, went into one of the big banks that was financing the Nazi war machine and blew it up, taking his own life, but also causing a massive blow to the Nazi cause. That guy would be considered a hero when news got back to Britain, but no one would think twice about the German civilians who worked at the bank to feed their wife and kids.
We're just pawns in a game, people who support Bin Laden and people who support Bush & Blair. What we don't realise is that they are in it together, we're the real victims, the average guy on the streets of England and the average guy on the streets of Afghanistan. The Bilderbergs, the Carlyle Group and other elitists, they are the ones who actually benefit from terrorism.

Because there are always 3 sides to every story, yours, theirs and the truth.
If you really want to know about the Bin Ladens, do a little research of your own, keep an open mind and then, maybe, you will realise there is much more to all this business than meets the eye.
As for brainwashing people with dreams of Paradise, we do not have to look too far to find evidence of that do we ?
Brainwashing, if that is what you want to call it, is everywhere, in the mind twisting rhetoric that falls freely from the mouths of politicians, churchmen and media moguls every day. You cannot escape the brainwashing just because you live in the, cough, cough, `free world`. Just learn to become immune to it by taking on board a whole ship load of scepticism and believe nothing they tell you on the news or in the papers. Your mind will instinctively pick up on anomalies in the reporting of events after a while.

Its Radical Islam, not too hard to figure out, whenever there is religious radicalism anywhere in the world, it can never be too good. These are people who take the bible ( or koran) and morph it into whatever they find important. Bin Ladin is supportive of a holy war now, just as he was in the early 1980's against the soviet union growing in afghanistan. not many people in america support Bin ladin, and his few supporters in the world, maybe even in the few millions, are made up to be way more than they are. Militant religion is not new, its only in the headlines now. There have been hundreds of wars over religion or religious law, such as the jihad movement in the Koran which is making Bin ladin do these. He thinks he is killing the infidels and saving the world of what is wrong: America's sin-filled society (in his opinion) and the rest of the western world's anti-religious or anti-koran ideas or norms.

Lots of things to answer.
Bin Laden has a legitimate gripe with the US. The legitimacy of that gripe depends on your point of view. All he wants is the US to leave his holy land (Saudia). While his tactics may seem odd to you, they have been studied and used by people since David took down Goliath.
As for brainwashing Muslims, I couldn't agree more. But consider the fact that no connection was found between Bin Laden and Saddam and no WMD were found in Iraq. Yet millions of people in the US supported the war in Iraq. Is that not brainwashing? And when body bags come back from Iraq, aren't they innocent people (solders)dying as a result of that brainwashing?
I wonder who is really deluded?

Its all politics. One could easily perceive there to be a war against Islam, therefore Bin laden and others like him will try to convince otherwise peaceful Muslims to fight. There have been two American lead wars against predominantly Muslim countries, Israel constantly kills Muslims and there is a lot of anti Islamic rhetoric coming from Bush, in one speech he even went as far as to call the war against terror a crusade! Surly bush himself is not helping in separating religion and politics. Though this basis I can say why some people support bin ladens actions.
However, I can not understand why they think its OK to kill innocent civilians, this simply may be a result of how twisted some people are.

There are people all over the world who are ignorant, and feeling like the world is scr*wing them over. Such people are easily manipluated by groups and people like Bin Ladin, the KKK, the Nation of Islam, John Birch Society, and even AL Williams (life insurance company).
In every case the movement eventually died as people realized that the sensation was like peeing the bed -- it felt good to do it, and solved one need, but it didn't solve the problem long-term and created one heckuva mess.

I think you are mis-interpreting something. I don't think people defend him, but I do think when you look past the good vs. evil argument, people attempt to put his behaviors into context. And that is different than rationalizing or giving excuses for his behavior. His reactions may not be justified, but nonetheless you have to question what he is reacting to. I don't think the answer is simple.

You cannot defend a man who, although very clever in brainwashing people,is obviously mentally unstable.I would suggest that those who support him are probably also mentally unstable. You only have to look at the actions of the fanatics.I rest my case.
