turtle wax dries and hardens like a shell around your car. the wax is peeling, not the paint.

hate to break it to you but wax does not peel. no matter how thick you have on your car. also wax does not "take of paint", like a previous poster added. A "cleaner wax" will remove bonded contaminants from the surface as well as add protection. also after 2 years, there is no more wax on that car!! Believe me it was gone after at least 8 months. I sounds like you problem is called "clear coat failure". not good, do some research on this subject.

Well if you put Wax on your car and didn't reapply and wash your car every couple of weeks that was your fault not the fault of the wax. Also if you did not apply the wax right that could be another reason. What you want to do is go to the auto parts store and get the clay bar. Wash your car, clay bar, the rewax should make your veh shine again. http://www.meguiars.com/ Use this product best for cars.

Regular dish soap will remove wax from cars. But is the paint peeling or the wax peeling. Usually was does not peel or stay on a car for two years. No matter how good of way you use.

You know what wax does. It strips the bad paint off and the pretty stuff 1mm More or Less is seen as shiny. Then it leaves a film olver the shiny that lasts for a while, but then that fades, rinse and repeat.
Regular waxin g is good for looks, but has to be on a almost level with Oil Changes. You could use a Rubbing Compound type polisher goop on it, will jazz it up nice.I do that on cars, boats and whatnot, they look pretty

Use a paint renovator, it's like a mild rubbing compound that takes the service material and crap of the car.
Then use a good wax.

Wash it off, and wax it again.
