I just left a boss that totally did only to come to a new boss that totally doesn't. It's a nice change.

oh ya believe it or not people in higher positions take advantage of others and it makes me sick b/c it is so unfair especially when the person holding the higher position is either dumber than u or has no clue what the heck is going on.

Yes, my boss is mean and I wish she would get a job with her other profession (she works part time for a veterinarian). She always accuses before she checks the facts, she gets all over guys cases if there is the slightest amount of stubble on their faces and threatens to write them up (I don't mean 2 weeks worth of stubble- I'm talking hours)--we all think she should have to shave too! And she lies to her bosses even though she can be proven wrong but she doesn't allow anyone the opportunity to say so. If she's wrong she could cost everyone their jobs in some cases!!!

sometimes boss's take their power a little too much to their head and expect everyone to kiss their @ss. I have had boss's like that in the past. I got fired from a female boss who fired me for no reason after I worked my butt off for her. I am in a much better situation and she got demoted. What comes around goes around.

well, i've had several bosses through the years. i'd say about 80% of them of them took advantage. but there were the remaining 20% who didn't....
