Web browser: View- Text size- Smaller
Computer: Control Panel- Display- Settings-Advanced- select 96 Dpi thengo back to settings and change your resolution to a higher one, like 1024X768

Hold the control key and move the thing on your mouse up and down, that will change the size of the text...

Are you talking about when youre online? If so, go to View > Text size and change it.

go to your control panel then click on the display icon and it will open a browser thing then click where it says appearance then it has a drop down that says font click on normal

in IE click view then text size. on your desktop right click then property's then appearances tab then adjust the text size.

perhaps you should raise your screen resolution...
right click on the desktop and select properties, then the settings tab.
if it still isn't right afterwards, then go to settings again and click on advanced and change your DPI setting.
