Whats a good way to help releave some chest pain?

i get them all the time just take some paracetamol or nurofen and sit and relax thats what i got told to do when i was at the hospital.

Depends what your chest pain is.....You need to go to a doctor because sometimes something with not a lot of pain can have a big price. I would get it checked out. The doctor can tell you how to alleviate the pain if its just angina or something like that. This is not the sort of thing you wait around for it to go away. Take action immediately!!! Best of luck!

you need to add something else to this question , or GET YOURSELF TO THE HOSPITAL , for a check-up ,
