Absolutely, on a beautiful sunny day, with gentle breezes and the fragrances of summer. But NOT during a hurricane - the horror of being buffeted by violent winds, needle-like rain, trying to dodge those roofs that have been torn off by the winds, and the other twirling objects - being catapulted off balance and unable to fly toward your destination by the hurricane-force winds. Brrrrrrr.

That's like a bird asking "do you think people like walking?", I know that your question was just intended to be fun, but birds could really care less, so to speak. It is their primary way of getting themselves around. their bodies are lightweight and aerodynamic, enabling them to be able to fly. Since they really only act on instinct, or the basic feelings or thoughts, I really don't think they would atempt to walk or run around. if they did develop this thought process, wouldn't tehy invent something like mechanical legs??

During migration, no -- it's a lot of work for a flock.
Otherwise, yes. I sit and watch hawks and crows soar on the breeze over the canyons where I live.

Just like walking, they can enjoy it if they choose to but in case they are in fright, surely they would not. No creature would enjoy anything if forced but when done voluntarily, enjoyment is guaranteed.
