I mean, look who they've hired to TRY to replace him: 1) Vernon Wells. Can the man be any more soft-spoken? Does this guy speak with no emotion or what?! 2) Eric Byrnes. Does this guy even own a hairbrush or comb? Can his hair be any messier? His hair is entirely too sloppy and he doesn't even know how to properly wear a tie!

Agreed, plus they need to get rid of Joe Morgan. Morgan is in constant overkill. He has to tear down every single pitch. His technical explanations bores the hell out of me. He doesn't know when to shut up. Drives me crazy!!

I don't care for Wells or Byrnes either. Morgan is quite possibly one of the worst out there and nobody cares about your own personal statistics during the time of the Big Red Machine Joe! I do disagree with you on hiring Harold Reynolds back. What in the world has he ever done to qualify him to speak so highly of himself and the so-called 'expert' opinion he gives. Kruk was a lot better ballplayer then Harold was and he thinks he's the god of that studio. Honestly, throw Hersheiser on there. Or hire a sports writer or a baseball player who was actually good.

Why would a former basketball player like Harold MINER (former Miami Heat... and a star at USC. Nickname "Baby Jordan.") be a baseball broadcaster?

He must be pretty knowledgeable about ALL sports, huh?

I had no idea Harold MINER was ever hired by ESPN to analyze baseball... and I watch ESPN all the time.

Did you mean Harold REYNOLDS who was fired for NUMEROUS sexual harrassment complaints against him? Well, due to the reasons surrounding his release from ESPN... I don't think Harold REYNOLDS (former Seattle Mariner) will be back on the Entertainment & Sports Programming Network.

You just made a mistake on the guy's last name, right? I'd hate to think that you believe that all Black people look alike.

I assume you mean Harold Reynolds. If so, then I disagree - there's no reason to hire him back. Sure, he souded okay on Baseball Tonight, but who wouldn't sound good in a group of morons like that? With its current group, BT might be the worse sports analysis show on TV. Watching that, then watching Total Access on the NFL Network - it's like night and day.

Peter Gammons has been, and continues to be, the only reason to watch Baseball Tonight. Insightful, smart, and he's the only one of that group who actually uses evidence to back up his claims. The rest of them are just idiots.
