Hi Friend...
It depends upon UR health, UR age n all.. As U R 23,if U R under weight, it matters. But If U R perfectly healthy or an athlete/gymnast, It doesn't matters.
I'll explain...
As U know normal BP is 120(systolic)/80(Diastolic)... But in case of athletes & gymnasts, due to their intense training, their Diastolic pressure measures only 60-65. It's called as 'vagal tone' of heart. I hope U got my point.. So If U R not of tht catagory, be cautious. Moniter UR BP occationally..Take ECG once in a while to check for cardiac arrythmias.
If Diastolic BP goes below 60, U may need medical attention. Because if Diastolic BP goes below 50-45, the person'; collapse.. can cause braindeath if the blood supply 2 brain stops for more than 4 minutes...
So U need to do regular excercises, maintain bodyweight (gain weight if it's under).. Your Systolic BP is just normal.
Live well, let live..
Regards..
'Joe'

YES! NORMAL B/P 120/70 OR LESS. HIGH BP IS 130-140/80. YOUR B/P GOES UP WITH ACTIVITY, AND DOWN WHEN LYING DOWN.
MINE IS 112/60 ACTIVE AND AS LOW AS 80/40 WHEN LYING DOWN.
LOW B/P IS BETTER THAN HIGH B/P AND DON'T WORRY IF B/P IS A LITTLE UP WHEN YOU GO TO THE DOCTOR THIS IS NORMAL.

I take it you're not over weight. If so It's only a smidge on the low side, but still reasonable healthy
