I speak english and am able to fully understand Bush's english.
I do not know if you are really meaning about english.
Who speaks english.
In INDIA it has become Hinglish.
A combination of Hindi & English they call Hinglish.
Also Hindi written in English.
It is the Populor TV ads that has invented it.
