LMAO, I just got a picture of changing his appearance, like changing an avatar! Will his background also be the fiery depths of hell? Maybe a beret will make his ideas seem 'fresh' and 'new'!

Actually, I've never seen a photo of him in a cowboy hat. There sure are a lot of jokes anout his cowboy hat, but where is this hat ?

No, and I hope you're not implying that the people who do not approve of Bush or do not consider him an effective leader do so because they are "anti-cowboy", or something. There are plenty of reasons having nothing to do with appearance.
