Even though it may sound wrong or whatever now, when you're 36, she'll be 32 so it's not that weird.

It may be illegal in your state to date minor girl when you are 4 year older then she is. Many states include in their penal code a so-called "Romeo exception. This exception deals with situations in which a young adult above the age of consent (you) performs a sexual activity with a someone under the age of consent (15 year old girl but i do not know where do you live so it is just my safe estimate); it exempts the young adult from being charged with a sex offense if the adult's age is within three years of the minor's age, and the adult did not use force or coercion on the minor. You are more then 3 year older so if you keep sexual contact with her you will be arrested and charge with sexual abuse of the minor or similar statue in your state.

I say go for it It's your relationship and whether you are older or younger than your partner it shouldn't be a big deal I mean okay I like my college age student teacher and I am only in high school and he and i don't see the issue at all except his job of course but it's true love knows no bounds and if it doesn't affect how you feel about each other then don't worry about it be happy anybody who disapproves just needs to get their heads out of their asses and realize that it's not their life and they can kiss off!!!!

In most cases age not matter, UNLESS it is were your at now! She is jail bait at this time. You have to go by what ever the law is in your state. In most cases, once a person is passed the legal age in their state you are fine, but the other person also has to get passed that legal age as well. Here in my state, the 19 year old can go to jail for being with the under age person.

As far as I'm concerned, wants a person reaches legal age, I don't care if one person is 20 and the other 50 or older, if they get along fine with each other and are happy with each other...go for it, who is to tell them they can't do that.

I feel that applies to an older generation she is still a child and whether she believes it or not can not understand that small decisions today can effect her entire life. As for you I have two words to describe her to you Jail Bait. if you got caught messing around with her all her parents would have to do is yell rape whether it was that way or not and your butt would be in jail. Think hard about it before you go down that road. If you have true feelings for her then you can talk to her about waiting for her to mature a couple of more years at least and stick with it. She don't know who she is yet. Sex ain't everything

Age might be nothing but a number but do you really want to take the risk? Why don't you wait until she's a bit more older and more mature so she can make a smart decision of what she wants, think about it? she's only a teen not an adult.

At that age the only one that matter whether that is ok is the parents they are the ones that will or can inforce anything. my ex was 11 years older but we was over 18. I hate to say this but you need to ask your mom.
