In most cases age not matter, UNLESS it is were your at now! She is jail bait at this time. You have to go by what ever the law is in your state. In most cases, once a person is passed the legal age in their state you are fine, but the other person also has to get passed that legal age as well. Here in my state, the 19 year old can go to jail for being with the under age person.

As far as I'm concerned, wants a person reaches legal age, I don't care if one person is 20 and the other 50 or older, if they get along fine with each other and are happy with each other...go for it, who is to tell them they can't do that.

I feel that applies to an older generation she is still a child and whether she believes it or not can not understand that small decisions today can effect her entire life.
