"nurse" shoes, elastic band cotton pants, a sweater with a cat or some other "cheezy" design. Knit sweaters expecially.

For wrinkley skin. I would use latex, you should be able to get liquid latex at a halloween store.

Here's info on how to make different skin textures:

Get liquid latex and paint it on your face. Don't have to do anything else, it just starts to bag when it starts to dry.
Don't forget these ol' lady staples

Rolled down thigh highs, ortho shoes, hairy warts (you can buy them at any Halloween store and they are easy to put on..directions on the back) Pill box hat, cardigan sweater and lacy white shirt, skirt that comes to just below your knees so you can see the rolled down stockings. Don't forget the batting (fabric store) for the extra padding you will need in your butt, boobs and the hump for your back (for the hump, duct tape it to the inside of your shirt... For the extra effect...get some flowery $2 perfume and spray lots of it on.

Have a riot!

One year I did the same thing, but I bought a jersey dress and a pair of old black shoes from a thrift store. I went to Wal-mart and got some knee-hi nylons and just rolled them above the ankle. To make my face look old, I took some facial mask cream (you let it dry on your face)
then put red lip stick and red blush on. For the hair, powder it with either baby powder or facial powder. And
tuh-duhhhh! You're old! Good luck and have a lot of fun.....Granny! hahaha!

hmmm...well 'old ladies' are usually depicted as wearing gaudy floral (tablecloth print like) dresses, don't forget the costume makeup. They make latex 'skin' makeup that you can use to create wrinks. Also...every old lady needs a HUGE purse and saggy...well you get the idea...GOOD LUCK!

Face makeup at the holloween store has wrinkle kits or some type of fake skin stuff. just got to look and see what will do it for you. might need to get a bald scalp and cut it up a bit then glue to face.. experiment

They sell this waxy kind of stuff to make fake scars, you could use that to make your face kind of wrinkly I think. Also, get a large bra and stuff it to get some saggy action going on. And you need larger than average eyebrows.

Get a moo-moo or housecoat. I see them in those tacky catologs or sometimes even in the coupons booklets that come in the newspaper. You can also wear nylon knee-high's in the wrong shade.

Most of the seniors (preferable to old) I know are as active or more than the young. Be careful of what you emulate.
