right the first thing is "stop panicking" these things happen to all of us ,and after this you will know what to do if it happens again
1) when you first got your p.c for your birthday, you should of got a disc with it called "system recovery disc" or system restore disc"......find this and also look on the side of your p.c and note down the 25 digit product key which you may need during re-installation,however before you do any of this go to system restore(start>programs>accesories>system tools>system restore and then pick restore my computer to a ealier time...then pick a date before you had the mess up with your p.c then click next...windows will then shut down and restore to the date you picked
2)if this didnt work using the disc i mentioned, place it in the dvd-rom and follow the instructions as they come on-screen,they are pretty basic so dont worry,...what this disc will do is revert your p.c to the state it was in when you first got it out of the box, then its just a case of adding updated security(and by the way, avoid mcafee and norton, they are so unpredictable, try using avast antivirus>>>http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html and use spybot http://www.safer-networking.org/ and also lavasoft adaware http://www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html?part=69274&subj=dlpage&tag=button
this way of doing things is usually a last option ,but if you cant find another way to fix this this is the quickest and the most reliable
if you have any queries with regard to this problem let me know
good luck

You are going to have to ask for help. 14 is too young to deal with this. Adults mess up their pcs all the time and sometimes pcs do it all by themselves - no kidding. Someone with some real knowledge about pcs will have to take a look; pcs are just machines - they can be fixed...
