Fortune Magazine does a survey on this every year. You can find the results at the link below. It's a very interesting survey; one of the ways they evaluate a company is to have its direct competitors rate them. Some really interesting results!

It's just a guess -- but I'd put my money on Microsoft. If Bill and Malinda Gates are dedicated to making the world a better place through their multi-million dollar foundation, I'm betting they make sure to take good care of those closest to them, their employees!

US government (house or representatives and the senate). They take real good care of themselves.
