hi this is what people around here do for house boats and duck blinds find a dealer that sell plastic pipe like they use for water lines ..like for city water.. not pbc junk..plug the ends there you go use ply wood for the ends..want a round nose? find two old large pots that fit the ends caulk and nail to plywood 3/4 in pipe and 3/4 to nail pot to..ok i know your going to ask ..how to attach the pipe together..its thick so just bolt them to cross bars ..yes i know i know how do you bolt cross bars to a round pipe? cut a hole at ware you want your cross bars a small hole just big enough to put your hand through..drill holes put bolts in from bottom cover hole with wood landing that you will use to tie cross bars to do you need foam inside pipe....hell no, that pipe is over a1/4 thick...22years boatbuilder

Lol.
