ok I got a Word attachment in an email and I made corrections right there on that document (b/c I could) and then I hit save. It looked like it saved, but now I don't know where it saved to. I really would like to get my original corrections on this document!!!
????????
Thanks!

if you opened/edited that document recently, open Word and try checking "file"...check the bottom of the menu, it may be listed there...if not, do you remember the file name? you could search it (start -search). it's also possible that it's in your "my documents" folder, so look there too

aside from the GEEK remark

open the document again

click
start
documents.
then select the one you had open

now
click
file
properties
it will show you the path where the document is saved.

viola! there it is.

so much for being a geek hey?

It's saved in your Internet Temp folders.. You'll have to do a search for the doc to find it.

Calling people geeks will not get your question answered.

Good luck figuring it out on your own now.
