I recently got moved to a new job location & have to drive 1 hour & 15 minutes away from my house to go to work. The thing that aggravates me the most is that I have to pass up 4 other stores of my company to get to mine.

Louisiana is an "employment at will" State. The commute is a pain in the neck I am sure, but unless you obtained some prior contractual agreement which provides for reimbursement of travel expenses, etc. (and the company has willfully violated that agreement), there is little recourse against the employer other than finding another job closer to home.

Go to the boss, start at the immediate supervisor and work your way up. See if they can help ease the burden or transfer you to another store. If not, decide how valuable the job is to you and if it is worth the commute based upon what you are paid. Make sure to compare like employment in your area and take into account benefits along with salaries.

Nope, if you don't like the travel, get a new job.
