approx 13yrs ago i went to an invention company with some drawings to create a doll character, because i had no money i could not pursue this venture, also i did not copyright it, about 7yrs later i have seen this character turned into a doll, i have no proof, what could i do?

You could try and sue them. You have the intellectual property at the time. The only problem is that you may have difficulty proving it. If you go and find yourself a very good lawyer who specialises in this kind of law then away you go. It will probably cost you a lot of money, but worth a try.

On judgement day, part of the process of judgement is to return to people the things that are rightfully theres. if this doll is realy yours then you have an investment that you will be able to claim on that day, if it sells well and makes a fortune its all going to be yours, so dont bother spending a fortune on lawyers, and upsetting yourself, just keep your eye on there proffit, and rub your hands with glee its all going to be yours. just bide your time.

Sorry there is nothing you can do about it.
If you ever have an idea again seal it in and envelope and post it to yourself so you have a date stamp on the letter but don't open it. If possible send a copy to your solicitor (if you have one) so he can leave it in your file ask him not to open it either.

Do you have dated photographs, video, printed matter, computer files which have not been ammended since you invented it, any dateable evidence can help you prove you were there first.
