I recently had a blood test preformed by my Doctor regarding some irregularities with my diet ? I'm not sure what type of blood test he did but If I happened to be pregnant would it have shown in the results.

It was probably a full blood count, a test for certain elements like calcium and iron and a cholesterol test. It would not show pregnancy unless you asked for that.
