blue october is the only local band i can think of right now...we have a lot of other artists from here, like beyonce or kelly rowland, chamillionaire, paul wall, mike jones...but i don't listen to their type of music!!

Local bands are silly ankle biting druggies... It you want real music, you need to go to Mexico. In Mexico, they have little birds that will cuss at you in German. They will do it to the tune of Anarchy in the UK. Once I saw that, I could never go to see a local band ever again...
