Hi Friend..

Generally LinearGrowth slows by the age of 17-20 in males. But there R chances of growth up to 21-22 years in males. Technically speaking growth is up to epiphysis( calcification of bone ends). Excercise dont have a major part in linear growth but it helps 2 refresh UR body n endocrine system by increasing blood flow. Height is a genetical factor. the only thing can alter it normally is Hormones.

U can consult an endocrinologist 4 a Hormone treatment if U R too short.

Live Healthy, Live well
Regards..

Hi. I honestly don't know but I am a girl and I just stopped in to say that I hope you realize there are a lot of us who like guys that aren't so tall. I usually feel like I am dating Abraham Lincoln and dancing any slow dance makes me feel funny if the guy is too tall. I am a petite blond bombshell (surfer girl) who likes my guys about your size. So before you put yourself on the rack, please keep that in mind.

No, but you may still be growing. You can appear to be larger, if you are buffed up with wide shoulders and big arms, just having bigger muscle mass does make you look a lot bigger overall.

Only if you've got bad posture. Standing up straight might add an inch. Otherwise, sorry.
