You can collect welfare in any state and be working. They go by how much you make on the job, and how many in the family you have to support.

You can make a million dollars a year, and still and always collect child support!!!

Its the amount of income for the total hosehold and how many people live there. like say you have a household of1 adult who is working min. wage ang 3 kids you recive child support but all the income together is under $15,000 a year you should be able to get some thing. but it all depends on the gross income and the size of the family.
