About the best you could do is a whois query from the originating ip. The originating ip can be found by viewing the full header of the email. Here is an example of the output of a whois query from an email I recieved earlier today.

the closest thing to that you can get without a court order or whatever is to get their isp address- though i'm not sure how.... that will at least tell you the location of the computer they use to email you,...

but why do you want to know this information anyway?
