I look for those that I think are interesting. Sometime, I'll answer a stupid question with a stupid answer. Usually, though I answer those that are looking for information in areas that I have considerable experience in, building, gardening, nature, sailing, and the military.

I will answer 90% of the questions asked.The only ones I usually avoid are the ones repeatedly asked by the perverts.
