The babies usually sleep through the whole movie and if they don't all you have to do is stick a bottle in their mouth. My sister used to do this all the time, she would just sit in the back by the door, Just in case♥

Well I think that sometimes parents really cannot be apart from their babies whether they cannot get a babysitter or too attached and worried to leave the children. Yes I do find it bothersome when babies begin crying in movies and disturb the feature but I do try and remember that parents have it hard also. It would be easy to get upset but I figure a little understanding goes a long way.

As a Mom, I think that is the dumbest thing mothers do. Why indeed would you do that? To me it's disrespectful to those who come to enjoy a pastime for most only to have to listen to a crying baby. And the mom shooshing it on top of that. I have never brought any of my babies to a theater. I have a rule about how old they need to be before I will take them. They have to be over 5 years of age at least.

Because (and this is a proven scientific fact) after a woman has a baby she loses a lot of brain power. Thus, the logical, thinking part is impaired.

Yes, I too hate babies at the movies. Let's pass a ban through congress.

Well me being a mom can Kindof understand why some people would want to take their baby with them. There can be many different reasons, such as that person may not have anybody else that they can say " hey can you watch my baby for a couple of hours" or it can be that maybe they just don't trust anybody to watch their baby(being as you may see on tv you just never know who you can trust around your kids these days anymore. Me personally I have never took my kids/babies to the movies, and I probably never would, but then I also have the comfort of turning to my family for that kind of situation. You just never really know what is going on in that persons personal life.

I think they either need to get a baby sitter or stay at home. It is disturbing to everyone else who also paid for the show. This also applies to cell phone and carrying on loud conversations during the movie...

They are either too cheap to hire a babysitter or don't trust anyone with there newborn, and if that's the case they should stay home and rent a video instead.

I think there should be a rule against it. I think they should require children be over the age of 3 to even enter. I went to an R rated movie and there was an infant there! Geez people are stupid.

I dont know why people do it, but it annoys the crap out of me. And they end up leaving the movie half the time anyway cause the baby is crying. Stupid!

Yeah it gets on my nerves when parents do that.
If the baby starts crying it just ruins the movie for everyone!!
