Any accredited university would be great! But definitely no correspondence ones that you see advertised on T.V. all the time. They are too expensive and almost always not really accredited like they say(their credits do not transfer to real colleges/universities).
And just FYI: the FBI, CIA, etc. actually prefer accounting and computer science degrees over criminal justice(this is a very little known fact). All the criminal justice schooling you'll ever need to know gets taught at the academy :)

You might want to consider Washington State University or WSU-Spokane (for masters and Ph.D.). It has a quality, flexible, growing program.
