Me and my roommate are good friends not best friends and her boyfriend is a good friend of mine too. He likes taking me to lunch and going to the movies with me every week. She hates doing stuff like that and he says that I'm easier to talk to about everything. He just recently asked me to go to France with him. Should I go?

ok i see what the majority of you are saying but its not like he's cheating on her, remember i have a boyfriend too and he's fine with it i just dont know if i should go because it does seem like a romantic gesture.

Well as long as your roommate doesn't mind. But if he is still your roommates boyfriend then that would seem slightly weird.Could it possibly be that you are in love with this guy?Maybe you want us to tell you to go ahead just ease your guilty conscience? You definitely have some serious issues to resolve.Just do what you truly believe that is right for all concerned.Just remember-When you are the cause of someone having their heart broken-Then expect to have your heart broken some day too.Good Luck!!

My advice is no. Not only because you'd be hurting your friend, but because ultimately, this guy can and will hurt you. How do you know that this guy can be trusted? Clearly he's willing to betray the trust of your good friend and that's enough precedence to say that he might betray you in some way. Also, there's no way of telling whether or not he invited you to take you on a tour around the country or to simply have sex with you and then go back around the arms of your good friend and tell her that she should stop being your friend. Consider all possibilities before making such a decision.

If he is your roommates boyfriend, why on earth would you think it's ok to go with him to France??

IF you had a boyfriend and he was spending alot of time with your roommate, I doubt very much if you' even approve of her going to movies and lunch either.

I think your at a time in your life where you have to think real hard about what kind of friend you are. Will you become a cheat when your married?

NO don't do this to your roommate friend. Respect yourself.

No. Whether you are friends with the girlfriend or not is immaterial. You do not go to lunch or watch movies, much less go on a trip with another woman's boyfriend!!! What woman hates to watch movies, have lunch or go to France with her boyfriend?? Come on, you are making excuses for your behaviour. You know what's right. There is such thing as karma.

You are certainly about to cross a line that may offend your roomate. If you ask her and she says you can go and her feelings wont get hurt, She may change her mind later when you two get back and she wants to know if anything went down. Keeping in mind he should be expressing a little more loyalty to his girl than you by taking her to France. It doesnt seem right, in fact it feels downright suspicious. You shouldnt even be put in this situation. I say, sit them both down and talk to them. See if you can find an agreement and tell them that you feel caught in between them. Maybe this will help clear the air.

No thats something a boyfriend and girlfriend do. Unless its all of you going then its ok. How strong is your relationship with your friend? Friendships aren't worth losing over a guy.

sounds like fun. but would you like it if your boyfriend went to a romantic country with a friend of yours? no, you wouldn't. it doesn't matter if you guys are good friends, that's just something you don't do with a good guy friend who's taken.

N.O!!!NO. I can't believe your actually considering this! In the first place, it's just plain wrong for you to go out with your friends man.
What goes around.....comes around!!!! Just think about that.
