Apparently pouring a solution of water and any other smelly liquid like jeyes fluid down the mole run will scare the mole away from an area. You can do this over a couple of days to steer the mole out of the garden. Once they are gone you can dig down around the edge of the garden and lay some chicken wire under the surface. This will deter the moles from coming back.

I too have had troubles with those stupid..%^&^&*..! And wow did i get an awesome tip. Have not seen them since, and it's been 3 months now. I was told, Moles DO NOT LIKE ANYTHING SMELLY such as Sardines/Tuna..so i went to our local "Dollar Store", bought a couple cans of Sardines (frozen cheap ones work too), opened a can, shoved a couple down into their holes...covered the holes back up. GONE GONE GONE. I was so flabbergasted at the simplicity of this little tip i gave the neighbor lady a big bag of peaches from our tree as a thanks. Have another good one for kepping them out of your gardens too. but thats another time. i hope you try this...youll laugh at how awesome it works..

Moles eat grub worms so get rid of the grubs (lawn care department) and the moles will leave to find food elsewhere. When you find a mole hole put in it Cayenne pepper mixed with a puree of jalapenos and hot sauce, they'll leave.
