The traditional way to get a Lingenfelter is to purchase a Z06 and have it shipped to Lingenfelter's shop. Typically package prices are around $45K and require 8-12 weeks. The primo package will return 800bhp.
The nice thing is that it's a bargain! You can sell a Lingenfelter for $140K+.

Online i believe..its not a CAR you buy..you have to already own the corvette/camaro or whatever you want to do..then you buy the Lingenfelter package and have it installed. (its a crate engine/package)
