lol memo is a written proposal or reminder

if you meant MIMO (multiple input, multiple output) is an antenna technology for wireless communications in which multiple antennas are used at both the source (transmitter) and the destination (receiver)

Memo is short for the latin word Memorandum which means the equivalant of "Reminder".

A memo is basically a note to another person reminding or telling them about something.

Ex. "Thanks to somebody keeping a fish in our water cooler we are no longer allowed to bring pets to work. Thank you. "

I think you should go to a dictionary and look up the term. Memo is short for memorandum. Look that word up.

It is a notice or note usually given to employees by middle management to point out a change or introduction of policy or procedure.

Without them middle management would have nothing to do.
