It is important to understand the human body's ability to adapt as we are naturally creatures of habit, Ethopia in this mannar being given a gift of survival from natural famine though emotionally we have to grant the sorrow but there is also the gift that is the finer points in balance that we humans forget that our individuality is as much a laboratory and sticking to diets is equally balanced with the flowchart of effect of starvation, likewise in the developed world we have the inability to stick to diet as we have the ability to choice and of course currency to spoil our adaptability(natural gift) to weakness of temptation in other words overspill obesity is a grafic hill of this answer. hope this gives food for thought and at the sametime relieve you of the burden to seek an answer to the evolving factor of our impeding ignorance of respecting nature i am not condeming the question but complementing the courage to seek the answer through this medium that will evoke our minds to think rather in depth and not being mechanical.
