I am a music lover in general -- so yes, i like country as well -- and i have to admit: ilike the songs from the 70s far better than the ones out now . That goes for the rock/pop music i like as well ...

Merle haggard is good. Conway's got some stuff I like, Geoge Jones has some good stuff. Not a huge Bill Anderson fan. I know he doesn't really fit in, but I like David Allen Coe. Silver Wings by Merle is probably my favorite of his. Either that or Sing Me Back Home........

hell yes!!! I love all country... more old then new though. Some of the stuff they sing today sounds more like pop then country!
