I would if I were you. That doesn't sound like something he should be doing. It sounds like he has contempt for her, or maybe he likes her. Talk to him about it.

You pose a very interesting question. The notion that his female co-worker is dumb, according to your husband, may be an indication of something and it may not. I would ask your husband what colour her hair is. I make this suggestion without any prejudgement about the woman and I am giving this as a preamble because I, myself, am a blond and I have found that many men do not like me because I express myself and am blond. I think that there is a secret code in some men`s minds that blonds should be seen and not heard. I actually had one man tell me that my job was to be a pretty blond and keep my mouth closed. I barely knew this man and could not imagine why he was getting so angry at me. I don't know whether my experience is an isolated example but why not ask your husband the hair colour of the female co-worker he dislikes so much and thinks is dumb...it may point to something.

I wouldn't worry about it. He is probably just venting about work to you. There are always those people who annoy the heck out of us. This woman is one of those people to your husband. If it bothers you, tell him. Tell him that when he talks about his coworker the way he does, it makes you feel uncomfortable or that you feel like he is being disrespectful to women. If he's a decent guy, he will respect your request.

I can't say for sure in your situation, but my ex hated the three of the people that he slept with and it was hate I never would have thought it. Might want to raise a red flag, but be sure before you accuse though. Good Luck!

I agree with answer number 1. Its odd that he would talk about a co-worker with such hate cause shes dumb. there more to it.

Yes. I would check her out to make sure its not sexual attraction. I have genuinely hated male coworkers and others I have crushes on so bad they annoy me.

He doesn't like her because she is an idiot. You have nothing to worry about. We all have jerks we work with and we tell our wife's about the fools. Just like my wife tells me about her employees that are dumb.
Just listen and don't say anything outside the house about who he is talking about. Also. It is great he can talk to you to get the stress off his mind.

why do you some investigating. Ask some questions, like why is he putting so much negative energy in this situation. If he doesnt like her, he should just ignore her, but if he likes her then this is just a front and it needs to addressed

Does she do alot of stupid things? Make alot of mistakes? If so, he is probably just venting his frustration that things are not being done correctly. I wouldn't worry too much.
