Why don't you go to Topozone.com and with the contours and such you could possibly check it out yourself...

However with Global warming is what your refering to I think do the following Experiment to see the difference in water levels. Fill a Glass full of ice then fill the balance with water. Let sit and after all the ice has melted check the difference in water level before and after...
