My room mate and I are looking to buy a home together but we would like to draw up a contract to enter into an agreement about situations that could arise (ex. Marriage, death one of us wants to move out) Any Ideas?

there are many contracts, but honestly you never which one will uphold unless you speak to a realtor in your area. They can give you a contract to look at, you also should consult an attorney. They will have the best legal aspect for the positive affect and nedative affect of the contract if things end up not working with you and your roommate after the sale is closed in escrow.

At office depot/ Staple and any office material store
you will find such contract, but I would advise you to invest in a
real estater lawyer
the cost will be cheap for your peace of mind

You can write up a contract in your own words and go to any bank and get it notarized...it's legal in any court.

Put together what you want it to say. Have an attny put his blessing on it. And I would think you'd be good to go.
