You better check the report and make sure that is what it says. Adjustment might be a better word.

it means the breaking forces exerted on each wheel are different. this is sometimes due to incorrect adjustment or air in one of the breaking circuits. the beat thing to do is take it to someone who knows what to do, as this can be dangerous when under heavy braking

It sounds like your having one of you rear breaks locking up.It would be advisable to get your breaks checked.Because it sound like you car needs a break job.

sounds as though your brakes aren't applying evenly, take it to shop for repair
