Especially since the DNC knew this and "leaked" the story during this election period. More DNC dirty tricks.

SEX CHAT WAS WITH 18 YEAR OLD

On Tuesday ABC news released a high-impact instant message exchange between Foley and, as ABC explained, a young man "under the age of 18."

ABC headlined the story: "New Foley Instant Messages; Had Internet Sex While Awaiting House Vote"

But upon reviewing the records, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned, the young man was in fact over the age of 18 at the time of the exchange.

A network source explains, messages with the young man and disgraced former Congressman Foley took place before and after the 18th birthday.

Still, Foley is a perv.

DNC dirty tricks? That's rich, coming presumably from someone who happily supports the antics of Rove and his ilk.

So if hitting on an 18 year old boy online is so innocent and blameless, then why did Foley resign? And say he's gay?

It seems to me that Foley's own party is the one that gets hysterical over homosexuality, which is a delicious bit of irony, no?

Why? No matter the age Foley still thought he did something wrong, otherwise he would not have resigned 24 hours after the story broke.
Besides. ABC is saying it was a republican who leaked the story.

Yeah, great news from the Sludge, I mean, Drudge Report.
How many Pulitzer Prizes are in his lobby?

Great source of truth. Keep reading your comic books and watching Faux News to keep yourself informed.

Unfortunately, you *do not* know the difference between journalism and entertainment. One has credibility and the other is just a means to sell advertising. When Drudge wins his first serious journalism award, I will take be happy to back my words. I am not holding my breath.

For heaven's sake, could you please at least give the URL where the story is? Jesus. Extraordinary statements require extraordinary evidence.

I'll quote it:

Yeah, I saw your boy Drudge on TV the other night. Drudge is a halting, gaze-shifting, funny hat-wearing retard best kept in the shadows with Mucus Medved and Drug Limbaughtomy.

R's ought to know about dirty tricks since they are constantly doing it.

Hey, if it was legal than so be it - no felony indictment. That doesn't mean it wasn't imoral or unethical. That behavior with a Page is inappropriate at best. So he should have resigned anyway. If he did so with somebody OUTSIDE congress, that's his business.

Yeah, we should believe Drudge-- he's a impartial news source alright (for those who are mentally impaired, that was sarcasm)

Was wondering how you were going to play this story. Let's see 18 minus 3 gives you what an admitted alcoholic that told he was molested by clergyman so he can sue church. Dream on.

Foley was unethical in his behavior. Maybe if republicans didn't make 'sex' a campaign issue, this wouldn't be biting them so hard now.

Provide some sources.
