It takes longer for the divorce to be finalized in order to divorce without consent. It happened with my parents.

You know what.. I wish I knew this answer! I am trying to get a divorce myself and have been trying for a very long damn time now.. Excuse the language. It really pisses me off.

I believe so if the person doesn't sign papers... I could be wrong about this. Unless there is a case of abuse I would recommend working things out though.

yes, if paper were sent to you and you choose not to sighn in certain state you will be divorce in 3 month
before you decide go to the cour house of your town and ask
