Most of the time it is just your round ligaments stretching under the growing weight of your uterus. You can feel them in your back sometimes too. They feel just like something is stretching if you think about it. Its normal all the way through pregnancy to feel those types of cramps. If they are more severe, or feel more like cutting pains then you may need to call your doctor. To lessen the pain from the ligaments there are a few things you can do such as when getting up from laying down, sit up first to let your body readjust before you stand up. You can also lean into the pain and it will make it feel a little better. You can also rub it in circular motions where it hurts to help lessen the pain. Believe me it is bothersome at first, but you will get used to it. I hate to say it, but pregnancy is full of little aches and annoying pains so you are in for much more. Get the book YOUR PREGNANCY WEEK BY WEEK. It will help you understand what your body is going through every week. It also has pictures of how your baby is developing too. I found it very helpful throughout my first pregnancy.

I wouldnt say its normal but its very common. Slight cramping can happen anytime during pregnancy and is usually from your ligaments stretching to accomodate your growing baby, also around the time your first or second period is due u will prob have some cramping. I will note that when u are dehydrated u will cramp a lot more like u are going to start your period. I had that with both my pregnancies. Thats your bodys way of telling u to drink more water, if ur cramping because of low water intake that means ur uterus is drying up and causing ur pain. U should be drinking 10-12 *8 oz. glasses of water a day and more if u live in a very humid and hot climate. As long as u are not bleeding u are ok. And having nausea at this time is a very good indicator of your pregnancy progressing very well. If u notice your pregnancy symptoms suddenly dissapear or any bleeding contact your OB but for now just drink more water and dont over do it and u will be fine.
Good Luck!

Nausea is pretty common in pregnancy. Often it goes away after the first trimester, but sometimes it can last longer. Also the pressure of the baby on your stomach may cause acid reflux and nausea.

Some cramping and pulling is from your muscles stretching out to make room for the baby to grow. If it is severe call your doctor.

Yes, it is normal
Your abdominal ligaments have to stretch out with the rest of your muscles and skin.
It is sharp and painful, but reassuring that your baby is growing.

Yes it is normal, it is probably your uterus stretching. If it is painful, sharp, or you start bleeding than that isn't normal.
