I have found that women are more pragmatic and sensible about things. The number of intelligent women are increasing exponentially. Give them a chance. Let them shatter the glass ceiling I say!!!

Yea, it is obvious to me that if a woman were to lead the country we would not be heading into war. Take for example Cleopatra, oh, bad example. Golda Mier, oh another bad example. How about Margaret Thatcher, no that's not good. Boudecia, no. Catherine the Great, no she liked a good war. Maria Theresa, bit of a warmonger. Well, I'm fresh out of women leaders that these modern pragmatic, sensible ladies could emulate.

You're leaving one part out of your equation. In order for them to run the country they would have to become politicians... and from what I've seen... politics doesn't care if you're male, female, black, white, red, yellow, Christian, atheist, Jew---- they all end up controlled by $$$$$. It's a nice reasoning- I just don't think it will make any difference. I suppose they can screw things up just as bad as any man though--- see? I DO believe in equality!! LOL

As a woman I say that could be a disaster. A woman PMSING and a nuclear bomb button, big mistake, at least if I was voted in office, lol!! In all seriousness though I do think woman are just as capable as running the country as any dingy we've voted in thus far.
